Please note bookings can be for single or recurring events, and a 1 hour minimum per event applies. Our last booking is at 8 pm for 1 hour.

Joy: available 9 am – 8 pm weekdays and weekends (Middle room with window)
Gratitude: available 9 am – 8 pm weekdays and weekends. (South room with window)
Harmony: available 9 am – 8 pm weekdays and weekends (Purple room no desk)

Room Names Suite 202:

Wealth – available 9 am – 8 pm weekdays and weekends (Teal Office)
Inspiration – available 9 am – 8 pm weekdays and weekends (Training Room)
Healing – available 9 am – 8 pm weekdays and weekends (Treatment Room)

Booking Process

STEP 1: Go to Book A Room http://www.supersaas.com/schedule/TheWellnessGroup/Book_A_Room

STEP 2: Login using the login information provided. (Please contact Chris at info@thewellnessgroup.ca if not provided or any login difficulties)

STEP 3: Check room availability on the calendar. Note the open/close hours and room capacities at the top of the page.

STEP 4: Create a new booking by clicking on the requested day and completing the form. Be sure to double-check the dates, hours, and room you are requesting. (If the repeating option you need is not available, you may need to create multiple bookings, or contact Chris at info@thewellnessgroup.ca for more help).

STEP 5: Pay for your booking through PayPal (note you do not need a PayPal account). Please note payment in full is required to complete your booking.

STEP 6: Look for a confirmation email to verify your payment has been processed and your booking is confirmed.

STEP 7: Promote your event. If you would like us to share your event, create a Facebook event and tag us. We will be glad to share to our Facebook page and website events calendar.
